Cascades Marketplace is the planned redevelopment and reinvig­oration of an existing, aging surface park shopping center with up to 775 residential units and 263,000 GSF of commercial develop­ment. The re-imagined center will become a walkable, grocery-an­chored, town-center environment with retail lined-streets and a mix residential housing types.

 The subject of this offering is Block C, which is understood to be the initial phase of residential development within the project. Block C has received Planning Commission approval for development of up to (435) total units in a mix of up to (100) stacked townhome units and up to (335) multifamily units.
